Bankruptcy: Howick, Westfall, McBryan & Kaplan’s bankruptcy lawyers have extensive experience. Both Lou McBryan ( Bankruptcy) and Susan Howick (Litigation) have been appointed Receivers by Superior Courts of Georgia. Our Bankruptcy group has significant experience in many industries, and businesses, including automobile floor-planning, real estate development, and manufacturing. Further, we have represented secured and unsecured creditors, creditors committees, and trustees.
